I'm not much use in front of the famous view. Give me laundry on a balcony, tiles nobody photographs or everyday life - every place has its own version of it, and finding yours is the whole job.
A bakery at four in the morning, a dining room before the first guest, hands that have done the same thing ten thousand times. And the street outside, where the best thing that happens is never the thing you waited for.
